The setup is one fixed price, and it depends on what your business needs. We go over it on a free call and you get the exact price before any work starts. No surprises.
How long does it take?
It depends on what you need and how fast we get your logo, photos and business details. We'll give you a target date on the free call, and you approve everything before it goes live.
I just opened. Is it too early?
No, it's the best time. Setting things up right from the start is easier and cheaper than fixing them later, and your first customers get a professional experience from day one.
Who answers my phone?
An answering service, a virtual receptionist that picks up in English or Spanish when you can't. It takes the caller's name, number and what they need, then sends you the details right away so you can call back. You keep your own number.
Will I show up on Google Maps?
We set up and fill out your Google Business Profile and help you get it verified, which is what lets you appear on Google Search and Google Maps. Google decides the rankings, so nobody can honestly promise first place, but a complete profile gives you a real shot.

Yes. We look at what you have, keep what works and only set up what's missing, like adding a quote form to your current site or setting up phone answering.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Your website, phone answering and forms can all be in English and Spanish, and we can do the whole process with you in Spanish.
